How often and on what date does the AUFWIND magazine appear?
AUFWIND appears 6 times a year, always in the middle of the months of
- February (No. 2)
- April (No. 3)
- June (No. 4)
- August (No. 5)
- October (No. 6)
- December (No. 1 of the following year)
Do I always have to order an annual subscription for six issues, or can I also get individual issues?
With an annual subscription for 69 euros, you will conveniently receive the current issue delivered directly to your home six times a year. You also get a price advantage. Of course, you can also order individual issues from the shop at a unit price of 12 euros. Shipping costs are always included.
The subscription always begins with the current issue shown in the shop. Previously published issues can be ordered individually.
How do I pay for my order?
We offer payment via PayPal in the shop checkout.
Alternatively, you can transfer the money. However, you may incur additional costs for this, which unfortunately we have no control over.
How long does it take for AUFWIND magazine to arrive at my letterbox?
The delivery time naturally depends on the destination country.
Within Europe, the magazine will arrive in 3-4 days. It takes about ten days to reach the USA and Canada. It takes about 14 days to reach South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on this. If you are unsure whether your copy has been lost, please send us an e-mail to aufwind-shop@gmx.de.
Will the magazine arrive undamaged?
We send all magazines in envelopes made of non-tearable Tyvek material. These envelopes are expensive, but they guarantee that the AUFWIND magazine will reach you undamaged.
However, should it be damaged, we will of course send you a replacement.
Is the content of the English edition identical to the content of the German edition?
Yes, the reports are the same. They are translated by a team of English-speaking model pilots.
Some of the advertising motifs of the model sports companies are also in English. Of course, this is the responsibility of the clients; we have no influence on this.
Can I publish the dates of my model flying club in AUFWIND?
We'd be delighted to. Please send us an e-mail to aufwind-redaktion@gmx.de.
However, please note that the publication date is about four weeks after the submission date.
By the way, you are also welcome to send us photos and a short text after the event.
I am a supplier of model-building products and would like to present my products in AUFWIND. What do I have to do?
It's quite simple: just send us a short text and a selection of pictures to aufwind-redaktion@gmx.de.
Publication is free of charge, of course.
